1. Agreement

By accessing or using Dope.SKI ("the Service"), you confirm your agreement to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Dope.SKI is a free PayPal IPN (Instant Payment Notification) forwarder to Discord, Telegram, Email, and Webhook, designed with privacy and anonymity in mind.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to use online tools in your jurisdiction. You may not use the service for illegal activities.

4. Data & Privacy

• No logs, no database — everything runs live and ephemeral (except the hastebin, keeping 7 day logs).
• No user credentials or PayPal account access is ever stored or required.
• Messages are relayed, not retained.

5. Account Usage

You are responsible for configuring your PayPal IPN properly. Use responsibly. Keep in mind that anyone with access to the discord channel / telegram group can access the transaction.

6. Uptime & Availability

The service aims for high availability, but we offer no guarantees. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, hosting changes, or external failures.

7. Donations

The project is 100% free. Donations help keep the infrastructure alive but do not guarantee any features, support, or prioritization.

8. Acceptable Use

Using Dope.SKI for scams, fraud, or illegal tracking is strictly forbidden and may result in permanent bans / blacklisting without warning.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to anyone, at any time, for any reason. No prior notice is required.

10. Liability

We are not liable for missed notifications, PayPal delays, or misuse of the Service. Use at your own risk.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms without notification. Your continued use constitutes agreement to any updated version.
